• Full payment: All items must be paid for in full before the bidder leaves the premises. Nothing may be removed until it is settled for. All sales are subject to state sales tax laws.
• No Warranty: All items are sold as is where is without guarantee of any kind. If you are unsure about an item, please do not bid.
• Disputes: In the event of a tie bid, the auctioneer reserves the right to re-open the bidding between the two bidders. If any other dispute arises, the auctioneer reserves the right to re-open bidding all together. The auctioneer's decisions are final.
• Buyer's Responsibility: After you have been declared the successful bidder, the item (s) become your responsibility at this point even though you may not have yet paid for the item (s). The buyer assumes all risk of loss or damage. Buyers should safe-guard their items accordingly.
• Personal Injury: Bidder acknowledges responsibility for any personal injury or property damage and further agrees to hold the auctioneer harmless from any personal injury to himself or his agents and any property damage incurred on auction premises.
• Settlement: Wisconsin residents: cash, *check, Visa, or Master Card (payment by cash or check preferred)
   *We’re sorry but we cannot accept personal checks from those buyers traveling from outside our normal service area of the UP and NE Wisconsin.

• Payments: All payments must be made in full before you leave the auction site with your items.
