• We have put together an experienced auction staff that we are certain will accommodate your auction needs, regardless of your situation. We have worked with and studied numerous auction companies through the years and have learned what to do and what not to do.
• Our intent is to perform beyond our sellers' expectations while at the same time, ensuring the same for our buyers. Attention to detail, fairness in all aspects of the business, reasonable rates and offering of diverse, quality items make for a successful and exciting experience for everyone involved. This is our commitment to you, our clients and customers.

• Items offered with a reserve will be posted at the auction site for all to view when you arrive. Typically, no more than 3 reserve items per auction, if any at all.
• Absentee bids will be announced prior to calling for bids, never during the bid call and executed fairly by a designated staff member.
• No Buyer's Fee. We do not need to charge our buyers an additional fee at ANY personal property auction when we are already paid through a fee charged to the seller. We firmly believe buyer's fees reduce the sellers' net proceeds.  A real estate auction is the only time you may see a buyer's fee with us.
• Timely and efficient auctions. Typical sale should last no more than 5 hours.
• We intend to make every auction fall on "Customer Appreciation Day" because we appreciate our customers everyday, not just one day out of the year!
